Class Schedule
All of our classes are being live-streamed, there are no in-person classes currently held at the ashram.
We are offering special pricing for our online-only classes:
- $10 for Drop-In Class
- $48 for a Six-Class Pass
- $75 for Unlimited Monthly Pass
Please use the “Book” buttons to sign up for a class. You will get a text message from us with the link and password for the live stream 30 minutes and 5 minutes before class starts.
You can only sign up online up to 5 minutes before class start.
Please sign up early if possible and make sure you have allowed us to send you emails and text messages in WellnessLiving.
If you would like to sign up for a class less than 5 minutes before it starts or that is already in progress, or if you are experiencing problems, please call the front desk at (404) 687-3353. Thank you!

Communication Settings in WellnessLiving
To be able to receive the link and password for your yoga class or workshop, you need to give us permission to send you emails and text messages. We will not send you marketing or advertising messages through this system; we only use it to communicate with you about the classes or workshops you have booked with us.
Here’s how to do this:
On a Web Browser
When you are logged into your WellnessLiving account (e.g. after signing up for a class), click on the My Profile button in the main navigation, then on the Profile Details tab. Make sure that all sliders under the Communication Settings are swiched ON.
In the Achieve App from WellnessLiving
- Tap on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings
- Make sure that all sliders are swiched ON
