Brandon’s goal is to empower individuals to take active roles in maintaining and restoring their own health and joy through yoga. Brandon began practicing yoga online in late 2015 in an effort to heal back injuries. As a lifelong athlete, Brandon had to learn that yoga is way more than just stretching.
Brandon has dedicated himself to living, being, and walking the path of a yogi not only on but beyond the mat. Brandon creates a safe, non-competitive space for students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. His classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are made available for new students and experienced yogis so that all can reach their potential. Brandon graduated from Kashi Atlanta's 200-Hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training in 2017.
When he is not in the yoga studio Brandon enjoys reading, nature hikes, traveling, exploring Vegan eateries, and a good conversation.
