Day 9: Swedhana Eucalyptus Steam

You can use today’s practice anytime you experience nasal or respiratory congestion. I use it for springtime allergies, and it does the trick every time. The whole practice takes about 10 minutes from set up to clean up. As you breath in the hot steam and slowly add eucalyptus oil, it clears out your sinuses and your mind. It's incredibly stimulating, and you’ll likely feel very awake and alive afterwards, which is an additional benefit to the free breathing. It also provides a nice steam facial!
