Practices for the Pandemic: 14 Days of Healing

Day 2: Ushnodaka Hydration Therapy

Many of the practices we’ll share with you come from the Aryuvedic tradition, the sister science to yoga, formulated to bring us into harmony with the cycles of nature through how we live our daily life. Today’s practice, ushnodaka, is the simple, powerfully effective practice of continuously sipping hot water.Ushnodaka will accelerate your hydration, flush and support your immune system, move your lymphatic fluid, assist with the absorption of nutrients and help facilitate the removal of toxins from the body.
