So there is no better place to start than with the foundation of deep, nasal breathing. The Victory Breath also known as ujayii or ocean sounding breath is the go-to breath on and off the yoga mat or meditation cushion. This practice connects you to the present moment and deepens your experiential awareness. It is a cornerstone of mindfulness training.
