This gentle two hour workshop will take you on a voyage through yogic techniques to calm the nervous system and start to shift anxiety. You will be guided through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation that focus on grounding and releasing physical, mental and emotional tensions.
Veena, your teacher, grew up with anxiety, and was never really able to shift it until she found the teachings and techniques of yoga.
This workshop is open to anyone wishing to learn more about the yogic techniques available to help with anxiety. No previous yoga experience is required.
