Ideal for anyone who wants to start their day with a rigorous core workout that is safe and effective for all bodies. Each Pilates class will progress from lying down to sitting to standing so that you leave feeling taller, energized and aligned. The sequence of exercises will build in complexity and difficulty, challenging your stamina, body control and focus.
No prior experience with Pilates is necessary to participate. This boot camp is perfect for beginning and experienced Pilates students alike.
