This workshop uses yoga, meditation, visualization and specific exercises to increase one’s capacity to forgive past hurts, traumas and decisions. Learn how to take your breath to the center of your being with yoga and meditation to release past hurts and make space for nurturing a new life, creating positive family and friend relationships.
