Perfect for anyone wanting to learn to meditate or cultivate a regular meditation practice. Learn and practice ancient yogic breaths and meditations designed to create a calm, peaceful, energized and creative way to move into your day and into your life. The class begins and ends with a silent meditation. Guided meditation and breathwork are offered during the rest of the class.
