Love Your Joints! celebrates the robust effectiveness of Mukunda Stiles’ simple and transformative Joint Freeing Series (JFS), which includes 22 easy movements that target all the joints in the body, from feet to head. Many people (including the workshop teachers) report feeling significant improvement in joint range of motion after 30-40 days of consistent practice.
Workshop contents will include introductory information about and direct instruction in the JFS, and a gentle JFS-inspired yoga class. The workshop is perfect for people who struggle with dis-ease in their bodies, as well as yoga teachers wanting a simple and impactful series, or those who need a refresher on the JFS.
Dress comfortably. No previous knowledge of yoga required.
$10 for current CYTT students and apprentices. Apprentices may also ask about assisting the class if cost is an issue.
