Discover the foundation and theories of a Kundalini Yoga practice through dynamic movements, powerful pranayam, and meditative mantras.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. It is a practice that is designed to give you an experience of your soul. The technologies applied precisely and consciously combine breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

This series will include a 40 day Sadhana (meditation practice)
Students are encouraged to wear white clothing and a head covering, but this not at all required. We will learn together why those things are a part of the Kundalini lineage.
