In this Introductory Pilates workshop, you will learn how to properly engage the deep core and postural muscles through specific Pilates exercises. Experience firsthand the many benefits of Pilates, which include lengthening and strengthening, increased flexibility and range of motion, enhanced circulation, greater balance and coordination, and deeper and fuller breathing. You will go home with a simple list of Pilates exercises that you can practice on your own.
This workshop is designed for both students with no Pilates background and seasoned Pilates practitioners who want to deepen their understanding and experience of the Pilates method.
