Intro to Yamuna Body Rolling Two Week Series

Yamuna Body Rolling is a great modality for creating space in your body, opening up the joints, and preparing your body for working out or yoga in order to prevent injuries.

In the first part, we will cover the lower body and then the upper body in the second part.

Balls will be provided for the class and are also for sale by the instructor.
