Learn Yamuna® Body Rolling and Yamuna® Foot Fitness routines to change the way you walk and free your joints in your legs and your hips.

This workshop will work the muscles from the feet to the hips so you will strengthen and improve alignment. This work gives you simple proactive tools and solutions that can help you alleviate pain and prevent it. Great for runners, cyclists, dancers and everyone whose feet hit the pavement every day.

Balls are provided and also available for sale from the instructor.
