The hips are one of the most used and troubling joints in the body. This class will increase understanding of the hip joints and their potential movement.
Using Yamuna® balls and yoga we can improve flexibility and range of motion in our hips and legs. We will lengthen and align the muscle groups that attach to the pelvic skeleton from origin to insertion. Experiencing the body in this way is a form of somatic meditation and a great way to learn the names of muscles and bones.
