Meditation

The constant practice of meditation calms the mind and the nadis (energy channels). Meditation creates continuity, linking us to the continuous essence of the true Self; it is where transformation occurs. All the external disruptions no longer interfere with the state of inner calmness, and meditation becomes natural and even pleasant. Feelings of union begin to expand beyond the yoga mat or the meditation cushion, and we meditate on the different aspects of the Divine with love, sincerity and gratitude.

We surrender into our inner wisdom and connect with our inner source, disengaging from the internal conflicts that cause our suffering. We practice detachment with love, awareness, compassion, and expansion. We are connected and we know that we are nothing and everything.

We practice linking to the depth of our soul and listening to the voice of our heart. This prepares us for the final stage of yoga – union – samadhi.
