Surya Mayee (Julie Hill) has been teaching yoga since 2008. She completed the Kali Natha Yoga 500-hour program in 2014. In 2015 she became a Yamuna Body Rolling and Yamuna Foot Fitness instructor. Whether through yoga, the breath or body rolling, Surya Mayee teaches students to create space in their bodies and minds for real healing. She loves teaching because it provides a way to share all that she learns in her own practice, which she uses to transform stress and negativity into happiness.
