Dr. Phil McWilliams began physical yoga practice in his teens and taught yoga and tai chi through his twenties. A lifelong student of health and healing, he brings knowledge of Ayurveda together with training in chiropractic, yogic breath techniques together with Western breath practices, and facilitates a yoga experience designed to uplift and balance the spirit as well as the body.
Phil received Classical Yoga Certification at Kashi Atlanta in 2007 and has been a Kashi teacher since that time. His caring instruction encourages deep relaxation and supports you in building your own personal home yoga practice. Phil’s extensive knowledge of sacred mantras and lifetime practice of sound healing combine with his yogic understanding and medical expertise to create gently effective movement experiences in an atmosphere infused with peace.
