Charmaine believes that the combination of yoga, meditation and mindfulness can transform your life because it has transformed hers by promoting physical, mental and emotional strength. She uses breath work, poses and meditations to remain connected to the source, the body, and joy. Charmaine enjoys teaching the Yoga & Meditation class and has designed and instructs the 6-Week Mindfulness Course that is offered several times throughout the year.
She is a graduate of the Mindfulness & Psychotherapy for Healthcare Professionals: Special 8-Week Course at Atlanta Mindfulness Institute. In addition, Charmaine holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Charmaine has have been practicing yoga since 1995. She completed our Classical Yoga Teacher Training certification course in 2015.
