Yoga for Addictions

Learn to use physical asana, breathwork, meditation and mantra to help heal addictive behavior. Yoga classes will be approached as both moving prayer and meditation. Open to both beginners and experienced yogis. The physical asana class is from 7:30 – 8:30, immediately followed by an open 12 step meeting in which all must be willing to share. Open to everyone seeking freedom from the pain of addiction.
